ASAP - Semi-retired f. needs a nice clean, quiet, non smoking suite or shared. Can afford $1100 max. including heat, wifi, cable, parking and a bit of storage (if possible). Have references. In my current place a year and my rental contract goes till March but can leave earlier because they need my place for her elderly father ASAP. Previous rental 7+ yrs. and owned before that. Love yardwork and pets. If you need cooking, cleaning for a senior I have companion caregiver certification & experience. If you have or know of anything please reply.
