Large room for rent to one quiet female in a two bedroom garden suite. The room is furnished and spacious with a large closet and some storage space. Shared areas include: lounge area, dining area, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen. No smoking of any kind. There is no TV and we wish it stays this way. Parking for one car available from the alley access driveway. The separate entrance to the suite is also from the alley in the back of the house. The suite is conveniently located in central Nanaimo near Terminal Plaza shopping, and near Departure Bay ferry terminal. The suite is cozy and private. Will suit a low key person who is working, studying, retired or travelling. Above on the first floor lives a quiet family of four with children aged 9 and 4, a cat and chickens in the front yard. Everything is included: Wi-Fi, heat, water, garbage etc. Available from March 1st or later. One year or longer term rental preferred. If interested please write something about yourself.
