Attention professional players, collectors? Hope your hearts starts pounding here? Up for sale is my super, super rare Washburn J-80SW-3. Serial # 821207. ( Super Jumbo ) The craftmenship is insane. Most likely the only one in Canada? You will not, or never, find one of these because only ((25)) were built for a Namm show back then to introduce to the market the work of this companies skilled builders. I'm the original owner and it has never left my grasp! The facts: It's a battleship man. Purchased in Bellingham Wa. from Guitars Etc. back in the day. Top and inlay is Spruce. Back and sides and fret board and some inlay and veneered head stock, is Indian Rosewood, one piece neck is Mahogany, bridge is Idn. Rosewood with M.O.P. dots on pins, M.O.P. dot markers and Rosette work. Spruce binding and inlay work. Bone nut is 1 3/4" and bridge saddle material is bone. Gold closed machine heads with reflective semi clear buttons. Body depth is 4 1/2", upper bout is 13 5/8", lower bout is 18 1/4", body is 20" long, 20 total frets, shaved internal bracing, Ebony strap button. Comes with the original factory H.S. deep felt lined case. Their is less then 10 hours of playing time on it. Basically closet stored? So rare I could not get much info out of the company? Big canon with big sound. Perfect playing action, walk it into a recording studio! Rare as rare comes. This is a "cash sale", no trades, no time wasters, serious clients only need apply. $2100?
