So this flute is old, but I am not one to be too excited by vintage instruments. This one was last serviced in September 1980 and then put in storage. It had some work done by The Woodwind Repair Shop, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Since then it developed a funky patina in the silver and a few of the keys are slow to release. I don't know what is the proper lubricant for a flute, and am hoping someone will offer me something to take it off my hands and be prepared to get it in for a tune-up.
I don't play flute, it was a gift many years ago because I play guitar (?) and therefore need more random instruments? I don't understand people :)
