We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining health and safety standards. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced pub environment and leads by example.
Key Responsibilities
* Cook, lead, train and schedule kitchen staff.
* Maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards.
* Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
* Control food and labour costs.
* Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
* Manage prep lists, line operations, and service flow.
