MAPTECH “The CAPN Software” package uses GPS and nautical charts to display your position on a laptop computer (not included). A complete set of nautical charts for US waters is part of the package. Copies of western Canada charts is on the thumb drive. A Lowrance hand held GPS is included. A serial port connection from the GPS to the laptop will be needed. I found the package to be super while I was still an active fisherman.
