27’ Macwester sloop with twin keels and an extra stay cutter option. Launched in West Vancouver in 1976, I’ve had her for 13 years and kept up maintenance so she is in excellent shape. Installed a rebuilt Yanmar 13 hp diesel in Nanaimo in 2016. This adds to the 8 hp Honda outboard that is great in calmer weather. Roller furling and jib, main sail in good condition and additional spanker sail. Wooden dingy hand built is in excellent condition which fits on deck. Equipment includes arm autohelm, VHF, gps/depth sounder, 2 marine batteries, two charger units and radio. CQR anchor with manual winch. Lots of replacement parts included (oil filter, stays, extra sail slips, etc.)
