I lived in the tiny house here for 8 years really enjoyed it.
Approximately 200sqft of living space including a sleeping loft and storage loft, living area with built in shelving, a foldable table, and a kitchen area with a mini fridge and propane 2-burner stovetop. The house has electric baseboard heating and a small wood stove.
There is a bathroom with a composting toilet and shower. There is also an outdoor shower and an additional outdoor composting toilet hut.
The water is supplied via rooftop collection and filtered. The hot water on demand unit is propane powered.
The tiny house is located on a large acreage. In the area available with the tiny house, there is also a gardening area and a firepit.
The house is suitable for a fit, independent individual. There is a ladder to get into the loft and storage area, so you will need to be comfortable climbing a ladder.
It is great for nature lovers - we regularly get rabbits, deer and many different types of birds visiting. The rabbits are very friendly!
Non smoking and no pets are allowed.
